Before proceeding with your booking, please take a moment to carefully review our Rental Terms & Conditions. By completing your reservation, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. To drive one of our cars you must be at least 22 years of age and have a driving experience for at least 3 years.
The car has to be brought back with the same amount of fuel as was indicated upon collection.
We deliver the car fully cleaned. When not returning the car in this same state the difference will be charged.
All of our cars come with air-conditioning, we also have cars available that come with full options including navigation, bluetooth, USB, parking sensors and rear camera.
Traffic or parking fines will be at your own cost, the police may suspend your driving license when parking illegally and will remove the license plate of the car.
Driving with high heels, flip-flops or barefoot is prohibited by law.
Our cars are fully covered by our insurance, but will not cover you when driving off road, without the possession of a valid driving licence, under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, when driving over the speed limit, if you destroy one or multiple tyres, while parking illegally or if you lose the car key. In case you cause damage to the car by not keeping to our terms and conditions the excess is €700,- euro's for our smaller category cars, for our larger category cars the excess is up until €1000,- euro's. It is not our policy to try and find small scratches on the paint and therefore to charge you the entire amount of the excess, only if a part of the car needs to be fully repainted or a part has to be replaced the excess get's activated. (We do not keep deposits or credit card details). For your safety and that of others we ask of you to to be extra vigilant of your new surroundings and to drive responsibly.
We offer free mileage with no additional cost. Visiting the mainland is only allowed with our permission.
You can visit the island of Ithaca, be mindful of the fact that it will take longer for us to reach you there in case you need road assistance, therefore drive extra careful.
No extra fees are required when you are in need of a complete child seat or booster seat.
We accept the following payment methods: Master Card, Visa Debit card and cash.
There is no need to leave a deposit while booking your car, pay at your own convenience upon arrival.
Locations where you can pick up/drop off the car are: Kefalonia Airport, Argostoli, Skala, Katelios and Poros.
For locations outside of our service area there is an extra fee depending on the time and distance we have to travel to deliver the car to you.
We offer you 24/7 road assistance. In case of danger, when a red engine light comes up on the dashboard, immediately find a secure place to stop and call us for assistance. Our mechanic always checks the car before delivering it to your location to be sure you have a safe journey. All our cars get their annual oil change, AC-filter change and general check up. At times it may happen that the tyre-pressure warning light will light up on the dashboard. The paved roads on Kefalonia are not always the smoothest and the slightest shock will cause the computer of the car to think that there is a difference in tyre-pressure. No need to be alarmed when this happens, you can continue your journey safely.
There are no refunds for returning the car earlier.

ENCRYPTION

From the very beginning until the completion of your on-line session, all your personal information is encrypted under the 256-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL) encryption protocol.
